Glenn Moore "Bud" Jones

Glenn Moore “Bud” Jones, 84, of Griffin, husband of Martha Jean Garrett Jones died Sunday, August 22, 2021 at his residence. Born in Griffin, January 23, 1936, he was a son of the late Felix Marion and Ruth Moore Jones. He was a Steam Pipe Fitter and had worked for several companies for over twenty-five years of service. He was a member of the Plumbers & Pipe Fitters Union Local #72. Mr. Jones was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife of sixty-two years are three sons, Buddy Jones, Michael Jones and Craig Jones; a daughter, Mary Lynn Daniel; a brother, Ernest “Tiggy” Jones; and a sister, Ann Autry, all of Griffin; grandchildren, Tony Jones, Michelle Jones, Michael Dean Jones, Billy Daniel and Cliff Daniel; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
