Ernest Danson

Ernest Danson, 56, of Carrollton, husband of Kristina Wickman-Danson died Friday, March 19, 2021 at Wellstar Spalding Regional Medical Center. Born in Newark, NJ, November 16, 1964, he was a son of Mary Stroming Givens and the late Earnest Danson. He was a graduate of Florida A&M University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He formerly served as a Capitol Police Officer in Washington, DC and formerly owned and operated a security company. Mr. Danson was employed with Chronic Nissan of Griffin. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Eric Danson. Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are a son, Sage Danson; siblings, Shawn, Sheila and Jeff; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Goran and Karin Wickman; a sister-in-law, Marie; a brother-in-law, Calle; and several nieces and nephews.
