Cecil Michael "Mike" Livingston

Cecil Michael (Mike) Livingston, 62, of Locust Grove, Ga transitioned his earthly life on Saturday August 20, 2022, surrounded by family and friends. He was born on March 19, 1960, in Birmingham, Alabama to Mr. Charles Raymond Livingston (deceased) and Mrs. Myra Ann (Tubbs) Livingston (deceased). Mike grew up in Jonesboro, Ga and the surrounding area and attended Jonesboro High School class of 1978. Mike enjoyed people which fulfilled him as a Clothing Salesman while traveling all over for work and vacation. Be it pleased, Mike married the love of his life, Lena Roark in Chattanooga, TN in 1997. They were happily married for 25 years. Mike was blessed with four wonderful children with whom he continued the Roll Tide tradition. After the years of traveling Mike settled down to welcome and enjoy his two grandsons. Mike was thrilled to become a grandfather and it showed through the time he spent with them and teaching them. Mike was a devout believer in our Lord Jesus Christ and through his travels he would share the gospel with everyone he could, some he would even help become believers for the first time. He also enjoyed spending time on any lake he could find, creating lasting memories with family and friends. Mike embodied being a servant of the Lord, with whom the Lord was well pleased. Mike is survived by his spouse, Lena Livingston of Locust Grove, GA; his children: Jacob Lawrence Livingston of Locust Grove, GA; Savannah Ann Stewart (Tyler) of Locust Grove, GA; Michael Scott Livingston of Locust Grove, GA; his grandchildren: Weston Ramsey Stewart of Locust Grove, GA; Samuel Scott Stewart of Locust Grove, GA; his siblings Karen Dodson of Birmingham, Al; Patrick Livingston (Christine) of Locust Grove, GA; Sheila Little (Andy) of Newnan, Ga; His Aunt Billie Deason of West Blocton, Al; numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Mike was preceded in death by his father Charles Raymond Livingston his mother Myra Ann Tubbs his half-sister Ava Virginia Hussy and his daughter Sage Augusta Livingston. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday August 27, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the Livingston residence 570 Higgins Rd, Locust Grove Georgia, 30248.
