Brenda Louise Mathis

Mrs. Brenda Louise Mathis, age 72, of Griffin passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Heritage Inn. Mrs. Mathis was born in Griffin, Ga. on June 6, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Wayman Henry Evans and Charlotte Wilson Evans. She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Mathis. Survivors include her brothers, Lloyd R. Evans and Allen Evans; step-daughter, Cassie Layton; step-grandson, Colton Layton; nieces, nephews, and other family also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Brenda Louise Mathis will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at 4:00PM in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Rev. Don Sansbury will officiate. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 3:00Pm until the service hour at the funeral home.
