Jason Michael Tuffarella

February 13, 1978 - January 25, 2021

Mr. Jason Michael Tuffarella, age 42, of Meansville, passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021 at Wellstar Spalding Hospital. Mr. Tuffarella was born in Griffin, Ga. on February 13, 1978. He was the son of Janice Suhecki Maddox and Alan Tuffarella. Jason loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was employed many years with Ingles Supermarket. He was a member of Griffin Area Resource Center for the last 20 years, where he was one of the first members, Unified Bowling, National Kidney Foundation, Georgia Transplant Foundation, St. John’s Lutheran Church and Faith Fellowship Church. Jason loved to travel, especially cruises, casinos, and he never met a stranger. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Janice and Jimmy Maddox; father, Alan Tuffarella; sister and brother-in-law, Michele and Wayne Parker; step-brothers and sister-in-law, Mark and Mellissa Maddox, Dustin Maddox; grandmother, Audrey Miller; nieces and nephews, Payton, Briana, and Briar Parker, Alex and Dustin Maddox; aunts, uncles and other family also survive. Funeral services for Mr. Jason Michael Tuffarella will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 2:00PM from the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Pastor Mark Wesley, Pastor Tracey Goodman, and Pastor Mary Armstrong-Riner will officiate. Burial will follow in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 6pm-8pm at the funeral home.
