Arthur Boyce Jones Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mr. Arthur Boyce Jones, age 78, of Griffin, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Wellstar Spalding Hospital. Mr. Jones was born December 6, 1942 in Griffin, Ga. He was the son of the late Louie F. and Ailene Owen Jones. Mr. Jones retired from Ford Motor Company in Atlanta, Ga. after 41 years of service. Mr. Jones was a member of St. George’s Episcopal Church. In addition to his parents Mr. Jones was preceded in death by brothers, Claude Jones, John D. Jones, and Winfred Jones; sister, Shirley Jones Harrell. Survivors include his wife, Carol Martin Jones; daughter, Kelley Hague of Macon, Ga.; grandchildren, Patrick Hague and Caroline Hague, of Macon, Ga.; brother and sister-in-law, Franklin and Kannika Jones of Thailand; sister-in-law, Berma Jones of McDonough, Ga. ; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Mr. Arthur Boyce Jones will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 3:00 PM at St. George’s Episcopal Church, 132 North 10th Street, Griffin, Ga. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM in the church parlor. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Dolly Goodpuppy Society, Inc., P.O. Box 361, Barnesville, Ga. 30204 or the Salvation Army, 725 Meriwether, Street, Griffin, Ga. 30224. Haisten McCullough Funeral Home, 1155 Everee Inn Road, Griffin, Ga. 30224 is in charge of arrangements.
