It is with profound sadness that the family of Mrs. Brenda Faye Chase announces her passing on Monday, January 1, 2024, at Upson Regional Medical Center in Thomaston, GA. Born on July 14, 1957, Mrs. Chase lived a life full of love, compassion, and dedication, both to her family and to those she cared for within her community. Brenda was known for being an exceptionally caring mother and a dedicated worker. She endlessly shown compassion and empathy to those she loved and encountered. Her love for her family was the motivating force in her life, a legacy that will continue to live on in the hearts of those she left behind. She was known for her kindness and unwavering support within the healthcare community, Brenda was more than a colleague; she was a friend, confidant, and a pillar of support. Her family is deeply touched by the loss of such an extraordinary woman. Brenda’s legacy of unconditional love and selfless service will continue to be a source of inspiration and guidance for those lives she touched. Her memory will remain a fountain of comfort and strength for many years. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Dodson Hulette and Opal L. Williams, and her beloved husband, Kenneth Chase. Her passing leaves a meaningful impression in the lives of her son and daughter-in-law, Bennu & Charlene Folds, her brothers and sisters-in-law Ricky & Chrystal Williams of Zebulon, Dennis, Mark, and Ronald & Rosemarie Williams of Griffin. Brenda was a cherished grandmother to Elaina, Joseph, Gemma, and Vincent Folds, her unconditional love and wisdom will continue to guide them. Brenda was also an adored aunt to Matt and Meagan Williams, Chris & Allison Williams, Jennifer Williams & Ronald Breed, Makayla Williams, Kasey Williams, Shaelyn Chadwick, Ashlee Fennell Gosman & Brandon Fennell. Her great-nieces and nephews include Meredith & Patrick Williams, Bryson Sandefur, Fisher Williams, Blaysen & Jase Williams. Her family takes solace in the knowledge that Brenda’s spirit will live on through the many lives she impacted. Her love, wisdom, and cherished memories will forever be treasured in the hearts of many. Rest in peace, Mom, Grandmother, Aunt, and friend. Your legacy of love and care will always be remembered. Funeral services for Mrs. Brenda Faye Chase will be conducted on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Visitation for friends and family will be held one hour prior to the service. The interment will follow at Lamar Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family invites all who knew her to join in celebrating her remarkable life and legacy.
